Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged. Please note that all items are checked on site prior to shipping. The returned item must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Reload Supplements Online.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be exchanged or refunded.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

After your return has been received by ourselves and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will then be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you find that you have not received your refund, please firstly check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund transaction to complete.
If you have done all of this and you have still not received your refund, please contact us via email at online@reloadsupplements.co.uk.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at online@reloadsupplements.co.uk and post your item to: Unit 4 Cardigan House, Cardigan Place, Hednesford, Cannock, WS12 1AQ, United Kingdom.

GIFTS

If the item you receive was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received and accepted by Reload Supplements, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser (gift giver) had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the purchaser (gift giver) and he/she will be notified of your return.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please mail your product to;

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are return shipping an item, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
