How to use
Add 40ml of milk or water to a cup/bowl.
Then add 1 table spoon (15g) and mix/whisk until the formula is consistent and lump free.
Leave to rest for 30-60 seconds before adding to a boiling hot frying pan with low calorie cooking spray. Cook gently for one and a half minutes on each side until evenly golden brown on both sides. Enjoy with Skinny Syrup poured on top.
